As well as that we have the possiblity of building the examples of great Architecture in Sketchup and then place them on Google Earth to support the activities.

In response to:The nature of Design and Architecture

I really like the idea of concurrent exhibitions/conferences - the potential for collaboration would be brilliant!

In response to:Sunsets, smoke sauna

That sounds facinating - the idea of touch. I wonder how many educators recoil from this quite unnaturally because of fear of legalities. So many people are tactile though, and have to force themselves not to be in our litigating culture.

In response to:Take 3

Well! Well! Welcome to the blogosphere! I think you were resisting this because it is too easy for you.
As I say to Andrew periodically.....remember those of us hanging on your coat tails...see I don't even know what devices you are using to do this, but I'd like to....I mean IE7 beta pop up blocker...The saddest bit is that even if you took much time to explain it all, I'm not sure if I could understand or do anything with it. Anyway I did get a tablet and that was down to your patient explanation...so there might be a wee bit of hope.
As we now say in Argyll...to new bloggers..blog on ya blogger!
Have a great time on your travels. Glad you got time to clean the undies!

In response to:It worked!

It's the distinct lack of keyboard that fools me everytime...
